This policy has been prepared in order to draw the basic framework and explain the principles necessary for putting into practice a business continuity management structure in harmony with the business continuity needs and priorities of Turkcell Group, operating and continually improving the same.

- We aim at ensuring continuity of our products and services within the scope of the Business Continuity Management System
- Taking into consideration the expectations of our customers, corporate policies and legal obligations, we prepare our business continuity plans
- We carry out regular drills in order to ensure that our plans work in emergencies
