He was born in 1975, in İstanbul. He graduated from the Istanbul University, Faculty of Law. Şenol Kazancı worked as TVNET General Manager between 2007 and 2011, as the Advisor of the Prime Minister between 2011 and 2014, and as Chief Advisor to the President in 2014. He lastly served as the Chairman and General Manager of the Anadolu Agency between 2014 and 2021. At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for 2020, held on April 15, 2021, Şenol Kazancı was elected to the Member of the Turkcell Board of Directors. held on April 15, 2021, Şenol Kazancı was elected to the Member of the Turkcell Board of Directors. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors since September 14, 2023.

Dr. Ali Taha Koç was born in Ankara in 1980. He completed his undergraduate degree in 2001 at Bilkent University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with full scholarship. Afterwards, he received his master’s and doctorate degrees in the Department of Electrical Engineering at University of Texas at Dallas, both with full scholarships. Dr. Ali Taha Koç joined Intel in 2006 as a research and development (R&D) engineer in the USA. During his tenure at Intel, he developed 61 patents, published 23 scientific articles, and developed and managed several international projects. In 2013, he became one of the 10 awarded engineers who developed the most patents at Intel. After returning to Türkiye in 2014, he started to work as the Chief Counsellor of the Prime Ministry and in the same year he was appointed as the Head of Information Technologies of the Presidency. During his tenure at the Presidency, he also managed the formation of the State Information Coordination Center (SICC) in the Presidency Security Policies Department, and started the information flow from all ministries and security units to the Presidency. Koç was appointed as the Head of Digital Transformation Office on 12 September 2018. Besides his duties at the Presidency, he also served as a board member of Türksat Uydu Haberleşme Kablo TV ve İşletme A.Ş. (Türksat Satellite Communications Cable TV and Business Inc.). Koç teaches graduate and doctorate courses at the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Bilkent University. He is also a licensed pilot, fluent in English and married with one child.

Tümay Ünal, born in 1984, was elected as a Member of the Company’s Board of Directors on March 1, 2023. To his business career; he started working as a Regulation Consultant at Türk Telekom in 2007. In 2013, he worked as Public Relations Coordinator, Head of Government Relations and Public Accounts Management Director at Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. respectively. He also serves as Deputy General Manager of Turkcell Superonline.

He participated as a member of the Official Delegation of Turkey in the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Plenipotentiary Conferences, where Türkiye was elected as Council Member. He serves as the Board Member of both Turkish Kickboxing Federation and Turkish Fencing Federation which operates under the Ministry of Youth and Sports. He is the Founding Secretary General of the International Mediterranean Kickboxing Federation. He graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration in 2006. He completed his Masters Degree in Business Administration at Gazi University in 2010.

Born in 1978, Emre Erdem was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors on 13 May 2019. Emre Erdem, who joined Turkcell in 2007, has been the General Manager of Turkcell Superonline since April 2021, in addition to leading the International and Wholesale Team. He began his professional career at the firm Arthur Andersen in 2000 and has served at the positions of auditor at the firm Ernst&Young and executive at the firm Borusan Telekom. He completed his undergraduate education at the Department of Management Engineering at Istanbul Technical University.

Born in 1981, Mr. Hıfzullah Özkaya was elected to be the member of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 January 2019. He has licenses of Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor, Independent Audit and various Capital Markets Board licenses. Having begun his professional career at the Ministry of Economy in 2005, participated in the independent audit department of Pricewaterhousecoopers’ Istanbul office in 2006 and has served duties at various positions until 2013, one year of which was in the USA. Mr. Özkaya joined Turkcell in 2013 after which he assumed the position of Financial Advisor to the Board of Directors. Mr. Özkaya graduated from International Relations Department from Boğaziçi University and holds a Master of Science degree from Marmara University in Accounting and Finance.
