Accordingly, Global Tower employees, who focus on competencies and goals identified by corporate strategies, are evaluated by a performance and skill management system that provides feedback.
The Performance and Skill Management System consists of Targeting, Mid-Term Evaluation, a Behavior Evaluation Model, and Skill Management. We evaluate our employees in accordance with individual targets in parallel with company targets and identify those who make a difference. During the process of the Behavior Evaluation Model, our employees have the opportunity to get feedback from their subordinates, managers and customers within the scope of perceived competency. During the Skill Management process, we try to detect those who make a difference with their performance and behavior, and those of high potential.
